GuildMarket allows users to:

• Create virtual currencies and markets for their communities.
• Integrate these currencies and markets with Discord via a bot.
• Trade and manage these currencies through a web interface.
• Utilize a free tier within the described tier limitations.
• Subscribe to paid tiers for larger communities or additional features.

Users can optionally sell their digital currencies within their community, subject to a fee on earnings collected by GuildMarket.

4User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy and legality of the currencies and markets they create.
• Managing their communities and trading activities.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Keeping their account information secure.

Users have full control over the creation, distribution, and trading of their virtual currencies and offers within their community marketplace.

5Paid Services and Fees

GuildMarket offers a free tier and various paid subscription tiers. Fees for paid services are clearly indicated on our website. If a user chooses to sell their digital currency, GuildMarket will take a 4% commission on the earnings from such sales. This fee may be further adjusted. Any paid subscription can be canceled at all times and will continue for the remainder of the paid period. This applies to both one-month and one-year subscriptions.

6No Real Money Transactions (Except as Specified)

GuildMarket is primarily a virtual currency platform. There is no real money involved except:

• The subscription fees paid by community owners.
• The optional sale of digital currencies by community owners, from which GuildMarket takes a fee.

7Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use GuildMarket. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to use our services. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will immediately terminate that account and delete all associated information.

8Disclaimers

• GuildMarket is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the platform.
• We do not guarantee the functionality, reliability, or availability of our services.
• GuildMarket does not endorse or take responsibility for the actions of users or the content they create.
• The community owner is solely responsible for ensuring fair use of all platform elements provided, including resolving any disputes (e.g. fraud) in this community.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuildMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

10Modifications to Service and Terms

GuildMarket reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice and liability, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GuildMarket operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
